Centre Manager
This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore. The Centre Manager will be responsible for leading the centre, focusing on sales, financial health and daily operations. Converting leads into regular students, handling invoicing, payments and collaborating with full time and part-time teachers for a seamless learning environment.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Financial Reporting

○ Submit monthly sales reports to the Head of Operation
2. Profitability Management
○ Ensure profitability through strategic financial oversight.

Requirements:
● Minimum qualification: Diploma holder.
● At least 3 years of experience in service management.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with parents, students, and colleagues.
● Willing to commit to a 5-day work week, including weekends.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
