• Act as the main point of contact between HQ, ASEAN sites, Study ASEAN region initiatives, address sites queries, facilitate project planning, execution, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives.

• Support the implementation of advanced technologies to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science, Engineering.
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation frameworks and strategies in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in using industrial software and systems such as ERP, MES, and IoT platforms.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools and cloud computing technologies.
• Technical leadership in MLOps technology and data science etc.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in IT or Digital Transformation, at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the registration of vessels, ITT, trucking and drumming orders in MyService accurately
• Update customer orders based on instructions from Account Manager
• Create relevant feed/run down order in the Industrial Terminals
• Coordinate and plan drumming activities
• Book time slots for trucking activities
• Liaise with haulier to optimize planning
• Coordinate service disruptions with Account Manager and Operations
• Coordinate and plan drum delivery and collection
• Conduct relevant Customs Clearance Processes
• Handle shipping and ITT documentation
• Handle prevailing administrative tasks for the department
• Perform relevant dispatcher activities on the terminal
• Assist Account Managers with manual inventory reports for customers

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in a dynamic admin role

1. Order Processing:

• Lead and see-through end-to-end delivery process of orders (from arrangement of deliveries to delivery date)

2. Customer Communication:

• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any relevant updates.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Provide proactive communication to customers regarding any potential delays or issues.
• Follow up to resolve any issues that arises.

3. Issue Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve order-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any challenges in the order fulfilment process,
• To resolve feedback and address operation challenges.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

4. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, interactions, and resolutions.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to order processing metrics.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to optimize order fulfilment processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer expectations and delivery commitments.
• Foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Degree (Fresh graduate), Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related role.
