The Senior AV Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, data collection, coordinating maintenance and operation activities to ensure the optimal operation of autonomous vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1 Troubleshooting and Technical Support:

Qualifications:

• Minimally a diploma in relevant Engineering field with equivalent work experience, with a focus on mechatronics preferred

• Good understanding of Class 4 autonomous buses equipped with SAE Level 4 autonomy, including sensor technology, control systems, and software.

• Evaluate and develop plan to upgrade team technical competency.
• Enforce health and safety precautions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the electronic manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 3 years of production management experience.
• Proficient in Japanese language at business level to work closely with head office in Japan and Japanese business partner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
