As the Factory Production Manager, you will manage daily operations of the factory, ensuring efficient production workflows and adherence to quality standards in our processes. You will supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Identifying areas for process improvement will be key, as you implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance production efficiency while reducing waste.

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and waste management protocols will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will oversee inventory management processes, ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste throughout the production cycle. Developing and enforcing safety policies, conducting regular training, and performing audits will help promote a safe working environment.

In addition, you will prepare and present production reports, analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements. Collaborating closely with other departments, including quality assurance, engineering, and supply chain, will be essential to ensure seamless operations.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the waste management industry. A strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in waste management and environmental compliance is essential. Proven leadership skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

The Department of Cardiac Radiology at NHCS offers a comprehensive range of radiological examinations including general radiography, cardiac and vascular interventional imaging, and multi-slice computed tomography (CT) cardiac imaging.

As a Radiography Associate, you will assist radiographers with pre- and post- procedure preparation, including briefing patients about the clinical, ethical and legal responsibility, as well as helping to position patients for the radiographic procedures.

Requirements:

· Radiography qualifications recognised by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)

· Documented proof of:

Measles (or Mumps, Measles and Rubella) vaccination or serological evidence of measles immunity; and

Diphtheria (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis) vaccination taken during preceding 10 years at prevailing point of reference as required for all healthcare workers under the Healthcare Services Act.
