Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence:• Scoop ice cream, prepare desserts, coffee, and drinks with flair. Take orders, handle cashiering, and serve orders promptly.

• Ingredients Mastery:• Assist with daily ingredients preparations, ensuring freshness and quality.

• Cafe Ambiance:• Maintain the cafe’s cleanliness and contribute to its inviting atmosphere.

• Operational Support:• Ensure smooth cafe operations during opening and closing shifts.

• Team Collaboration:• Be a team player—assist other positions as needed.

Requirements:

• Adaptability:• Must be able to adapt quickly to new roles and responsibilities, including taking on additional duties without hesitation or questioning.

• Resilience:• Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during busy hours.

• Work Schedule Flexibility:• Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays as part of the regular schedule.

• F&B Background:• Experience in food preparation and cooking is preferred.

• Work Schedule:• 5-day workweek, including weekends.

• Shifts:• Opening and closing shifts, totaling 44 hours per week.

• Compensation:• Competitive pay ranging from $2,300.00 to $3,000.00 per month (depending on experience).

-Managing call handling, delivery coordination & equipment controller

-Order processing process in import, export & transhipment cargo

-Liaise and coordinate with customers/carriers to ensure accuracy in documentation and smooth movement of shipment

-Prepare trucking instruction letter to haulier

-Declare dangerous goods form for shipper and ensure compliance with requirement

-Undertake other tasks assigned by immediate superior

-Minimum 2 years of working experience in shipping and logistics industry

-Monitor equipment/shipment movement from one port to another port

-Check and verify shipping details on documents

-Filling of all relevant paperwork and documents requirement

-Has good organisational and communication skill, reliable, resourceful and initiative

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and improve service procedures.
• Investigate and resolve order-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide feedback to management to enhance products and services.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements:

• 1 year of proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
