As a Duty Manager, you will be tasked to:

Assist associates with expediting payments. Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in (i.e., sharewiths, separate room/tax/incidentals, comp). 6. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Processing

• Payroll Processing: Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.

7. Leadership and Team Development

Job Requirement

1. Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within banking or financial services.

Job Description

• Formulate and implement effective procedures and protocols to ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded, monitored, and maintained within the core banking system.
• Responsible in the bank’s financial statements, ensuring they are accurate and timely, and complying with all relevant regulations and directives. This also includes managing year-end statutory accounts and other reporting needs.

About the role

· The Plant Manager has end to end site accountability for all day-to-day activities in order to meet short, medium- and long-term goals, including Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Financials, Performance, Sustainability and Customer requirements.
