Opportunity for a Strategic Finance Manager to drive the financial strategy and serve as a key liaison between the regional office and Japan headquarters, combining financial expertise with strategic business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic financial panning and analysis initiatives across the region

• Develop and implement corporate strategy in alignment with global objectives

• Partner with commercial teams (sales, marketing, front office) to drive business growth

• Coordinate with Japan headquarters on strategic initiatives and reporting requirements

• Manage consolidation of regional financial data and performance metrics

• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis

• Support special projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• 7-10 years of finance experience with strong FP&A focus

• Experience in regional reporting and consolidation

• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and stakeholder management ideal

• Prior experience in FMCG or similar sectors preferred

• Proven track record in strategic finance and business partnering
