• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic systems, including trace and X-ray technologies, at customer locations
• Conduct regular maintenance and service calls to ensure equipment functionality and reliability
• Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns
• Document all service activities, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs, in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage inventory of parts and tools, ensuring proper stock levels and organization
• Collaborate with team members and senior technicians to resolve complex technical issues
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements
• Respond to emergency service calls within established response time goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
