JOB SUMMARY

• Support the PvB Service Transformation Team, Singapore in:
• formulating and executing the process improvement strategy to continuously improve the Client Experience and Front Office’s productivity.
• developing a culture of continuous improvement among the Client Service Managers (CSM) and CSM Team Leaders who are back bone of the sales team comprising of RM, RMTL, MH, RH as well as IA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business

• Assist the PvB Service Transformation Team, Singapore in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving these towards execution in order to remove redundancies and enhance Front Office’s productivity and Client Experience in PvB, such as:
• To support PvB change delivery efforts, in designing and implementing process improvement for Global / Location initiatives.
• To provide input on the Front Office processes to technology transformation teams, when articulating business requirements and implementing new technology platforms.
• Working with the relevant teams to enhance the control environment within the Front Office being first line of defence.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects at the onset as well as functioning on daily basis while meeting deadlines.
• Socializing changes with the CSM during monthly huddles along with CSM TLs while clarifying their doubts and collecting important feedbacks.

Processes

• Review processes / parts of processes that require Front Office and CSM action. These include CDD Account Opening and Periodic Review, Investment Trade Execution, Payments, Non-financial transactions, etc.
• Ensure that changes have the required approvals under the PvB Operational Risk Framework.

People & Talent

• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from the team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
• Ensure ongoing training and development to remain suitably skilled and qualified for the role to mitigate any risks.

Risk Management

• Work with control partners (e.g., Compliance, Operational Risk) to ensure that proposed changes to processes do not deteriorate the control environment of the private bank.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Our Ideal Candidate

• 5 plus years of experience in the Private Banking Front Office, in a Client Service Manager role.
• Significant knowledge of how processes flow and technology systems work related to various asset classes offered as products by a Private Bank.
• Strong problem-solving and verbal communication skills; able to understand implications of proposed process / technology changes on BAU practices, and articulate benefits / obstacles to overcome.

Job Responsibilities

• Help schedule shipments and make sure all paperwork is done correctly
• Keep records up to date, including inventory and delivery information
• Prepare delivery orders and answering basic questions
• Visit the warehouse to check and manage stock when needed
• Work with other departments to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time
• Help create and maintain operational reports and documents
• Ensure all paperwork follows company rules and regulations

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or above cert
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work both independently and as an effective team member

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipates and responds to customer needs
• Prepare a variety of espresso-based beverages and tea, other hot/iced beverages
• Preferably experienced in coffee calibration, basic latte art skills (not a requirement as long as willing to learn)
• Maintain drink ware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation, ensure hygiene levels are met
• Maintain product taste and quality stability
• Monitor coffee bean and other supply‘s qualities
• Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
• Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems for all orders
• Able to handle all aspects of front of house service, including barista and customer service and floor duties

Customer Service Executive (Healthcare - Imaging)

Job Scope :

1. Customer Service:

• Greet and assist patients, providing a warm and welcoming environment.

• Answer inquiries from patients, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.

• Schedule appointments for imaging services, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Communicate effectively with patients, addressing concerns and providing information about procedures.

2. Appointment Coordination:

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for various imaging services (X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, etc.).

• Ensure proper documentation and communication of appointment details to patients.

• Work closely with medical staff to optimise scheduling and accommodate urgent cases.

3. Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate and organised patient records in the system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

• Perform data entry tasks related to patient information and billing.

• Complete daily tracking of caseloads.

4. Billing and Insurance Verification:

• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorisations for imaging services.

• Assist patients with Medisave claims submission for scans.

• Assist patients with billing inquiries, explaining charges and payment options.

• Collaborate with AHV Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.

5. Coordination

• Collaborate with radiologists, radiographers, and nurses to facilitate a smooth workflow.

• Ensure that patient records and imaging results are accurately communicated to the relevant healthcare providers.

• Ensure the timely delivery of reports to the relevant healthcare providers.

6. Facility Maintenance:

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organised reception area.

• Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.

• Monitor and restock Patient Beverage supplies.

7. Problem Resolution:

• Address and resolve issues related to patient appointments, billing, and general inquiries.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

Service Technician

Salary: $2,500 to $3,000

Working Days: 5 days (9am - 6pm)

Office Location: Bukit Batok

Working Location: Singapore Islandwide - Client site

Main Responsibilities:

• Routine Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and preventative maintenance on BMS equipment and system. Ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently to prevent breakdowns.
• Repairs and Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing equipment and system level issues. Troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment and performing repairs to resolve issues promptly.
• Emergency Response: Handling emergency repairs, such as system breakdown or broken equipment. Responding quickly to maintenance requests from the Building Facility Team.
• Managing Building Systems: Monitoring the operation of building management systems (BMS), which may include HVAC, lighting, security, and fire protection systems. Adjusting settings and controls as necessary to maintain optimal building conditions.
• Performing replacement/ A&A work requested by building FM Team upon receive of Job confirmation.
• Record-Keeping and Reporting: Documenting completed maintenance tasks and repairs in logs or maintenance management systems. Reporting major issues to supervisors or management for further action.
• Compliance and Safety Standards: Ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations. Following safety protocols for handling hazardous materials, using protective equipment, and working in potentially dangerous environments.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any related discipline
• At least 1~3 years of working experience in construction or retrofit projects in BMS/ACMV/Electrical/ELV Technical skills in Building Management System, low voltage electrical works.
• Hands on repair and maintenance skill is a must
