Manage new Data Center project execution from inception to delivery of hyperscale data centres with related activities for new builds and fit out projects (mainly in Japan, United States and Australia); eventually to be responsible for building strategic relationships with key clients, both externally and internally, and bolster the company's market position.

· Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation for Megaspeed strategic initiatives

· Collaborate with our top cloud and enterprise customers and communicate presentations on all aspects of design

· Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual design through construction and commissioning, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

· Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle

· Develop high level master planning, space planning and engineering solutions for potential new developments (feasibility stage)

· Coordinate technical aspects of direct procured equipment and facilitate alignment with the design team

· Understand commercial implications of engineering decisions and build cost models for customers

· Oversee to ensure Environment, Safety and Occupational Health implementation

· Leverage local subject matter expert's tribal knowledge, spread adoption of best practices

· Coordinate closely with data centre field operations to foster alignment and partnerships for business success

· Provide regular reporting, updates and presentations to senior management and internal stakeholders including progress reporting, risk assessments, investment committees, customer proposals and business case development

In addition to providing technical support, an ARC may also be responsible for proactive monitoring and management of the product or service being supported, identifying, and resolving issues before they become problems for customers. Overall, an Advanced Response Center plays a critical role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality technical support and service for complex products and services.

ARC Tier 1 is responsible for provide first level technical support to customers. ARC Tier 1 will work closely with ARC Tier 2, TeamLeads & Technical Support Engineers to achieve this purpose. ARC Tier 1 is the first line of technical support. This team is responsible for basic customer issues/enquiries/request/alert. It is the same as 1st Level support which provide basic technical or non- technical support functions.

• Record and manage all transactions/ cases in Service Management System

Reports to Contact Centre Team Lead

Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of supports from OMNI Channels

Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.

Follow Standard operating procedures closely.

Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met
