o) Prioritize and triage threats based on their relevance and potential impact to HDB.

p) Conduct in-depth analysis of threat actors, their motivations, capabilities, and tactics, and provide insights on potential risks and impacts to the organization's systems, networks, and data.

q) Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, briefings, and alerts on emerging threats, trends, and risk assessments to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, incident response teams, and other cybersecurity teams. r) Provide timely and accurate intelligence support during security incidents, assisting incident response teams in understanding the nature and scope of the threat, and providing guidance on containment, remediation and recovery strategies.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads the IS Service Desk team to provide the following services to the Firm:
• Provide first and second level technical support for end users to resolve system (desktops, laptops, printers, smart phones), application, network and other IT related issues
• Manage service requests and incident management processes to meet IT service quality SLAs
• Work with site support to facilitate meeting room setup
• Ensure standard ITIL based service delivery processes are adhered to and manage problem management processes to ensure root cause analysis and problem resolution workflows are executed when required
• Analyse recurring issues to recommend and implement long term solutions. Identify opportunities to improve, optimize and automate current workflows and services
• Collaborate with Applications, Infrastructure and Security teams to resolve cross-functional issues as well as to evaluate new technologies
• Act as a technology evangelist to provide awareness and training to users on adoption of new technologies and initiatives, including creating user guides and training materials
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the IT industry with strong customer focused support mindset and experience in leading a team
• Experience with IT service management tools, incident tracking and prioritisation
• Independent and proactive with good attention to detail, troubleshooting and technical ability
• Good written and verbal communication
• ITIL certification level 2 would be an advantage

Technical Knowledge

• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Intune and Information Protection
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SaaS applications, infrastructure, network and cybersecurity concepts such as Active Directory, Zero Trust, etc
• Management of SCCM & 3rd party patching console
• Management of Anti-Virus protection console
• Online collaboration tools (MS Teams, Cisco Jabber, WebEx, Zoom, etc.)
• Good knowledge with of Legal Technology products and platforms such as Litera, iManage, Elite 3E, etc will be added advantage

Call Centre Associate

Job Description:

You will provide quality and personalized one-stop information service for the Hospital. This includes handling general enquiries and managing outpatient appointments through phone, email, web chat, as well as other online platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

· Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to inquiries related to day surgery and/or imaging services.

· Manage all dial in booking and WhatsApp/online scheduling.

. · Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately.

· Address patient’s concerns with empathy

· Collaborate with medical staff to resolve issues efficiently.

· Maintain confidentiality in compliance with PDPA regulations.

· Support administrative work and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum GCE O Levels with at least 1-2 years experience in a customer service role.

· Experience in call centre, customer service or healthcare industry will be advantageous

· Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Customer-oriented and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

· 9am to 6pm but willing commit to OT if high volume of calls.
