Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, suggestions, and commendations received via phone
2. Establish good relationships with customers through high-quality service, provide reasonable solutions to customers, and improve service quality and satisfaction
3. Pay attention to customer needs, promptly provide feedback to relevant departments, and ensure accurate entry of customer feedback information
4. Keep real-time track of quality assurance scores and satisfaction to ensure service levels meet the required standards

Requirement
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

5. Proficient in English and Chinese (to liaise with HQ, China colleague).

What you will do:

• Oversee and document petty cash, daily collections, and centre enrolment reports.
• Input data on the ONE ECDA website, including new teachers' information and Leave of Absence (LON) records.
• Enter details on the CCLS website, such as subsidies, enrolment information, parents' particulars, and reports of infectious diseases.
• Prepare and manage monthly forms including sign-in/sign-out logs, and school bus attendance forms.
• Support parents in purchasing merchandise and enrolling in enrichment programmes, including uniforms, caps, and books.
• Conduct stock-takes and restock supplies, including merchandise and stationery.
• Usher children to and from school buses, ensuring their safety.
• Handle the collection of school fees, issue invoices and receipts.
• Order groceries and other essential items needed for school operations.
• Assist the Principals with various administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with school management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shift -

Timing: 8.00am - 8.00pm / 8.00pm - 8.00am, 12 hr rotating shift. (3 Days per week)

Timing: 8.00am to 5.00pm / 11.00pm to 8.00am, 9 hr rotating shift (3 Days per week)

Job Responsible:

• Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls in a professional and prompt manner.
• Taking down informations correctly from the customers to ensure a smooth towing for the drivers.
