Centre Administrator Role

• Support in all administrative duties necessary for the smooth day to day running of centre operations.
• Build strong rapport and relationships with teachers, parents and students.
• Communicative warmly and clearly with teachers, parents and students on centre matters.
• Respond promptly to new enquiries from parents, with understanding of the centre’s curriculum and classes.
• Manage the scheduling of lessons and trial classes effectively.
• Proactive in listening and resolving customer issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions.
• Documenting and updating all relevant centre records.
