• Prepare and draft AWBs for customer/agent approval.
• Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and inquiries for air, arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader Agents.
• Follow up on clients, help to do air export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes
• Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE O Level
• Prior Customer Service experience will be highly advantageous
• -Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry.
