Work Experience & Qualification

Events

• Convert inquiries into successful/confirmed events

• Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the reception. Update the managers of reservation forecast and for VIP bookings.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by welcoming visitors and partners and answering any questions people might have about the restaurant.

• Handle enquiry via phone calls, emails and social media messages from the customers, in a prompt and respectful manner.

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you shall be responsible for:

• The condition of the house, particularly relating to the number of rooms available and occupied and ensure this information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Observing and directing Dorsett Representatives on the following:
