• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,
• At least 3 years of desired knowledge and/or experience - Proven working experience in T&C in ACMV
• Good knowledge of T&C processes and electrical equipment

We are now looking for a Patient Service Officer to be part of the team. The successful candidates will be deployed to one of the clinics within the medical centre.

The successful candidate will be performing the following duties, but not limited to:

• Perform registration: key in patients’ data and register in the system.
• Generate bill estimation form.
• Advise patients on Medisave / medishield / private shield / corporate guarantees and to obtain signatures on the relevant forms.
• Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
• Assist doctor during the consultation.
• Booking of appointments in the system.
• Alert and rectify duplicate patients’ records in the system.
• Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff.
• Collect deposit if required.
• Handle billing, collection of payment (cash, NETS, credit cards, cheques) with integrity and accuracy.
• Perform daily closing of collections and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.

Requirements

• Has 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry
• Experience in clinical duties such as taking of blood samples, recording vital signs reading and etc. will be advantageous.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy
• Good interpersonal skills, a good team player and has good time management skills.
• Willing to learn and ability to adapt are key attributes for this role
• 5.5-day work week, office hours.

Responsible:

• Ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems on ships, including generators, motors, switchboards, and electrical distribution panels, by performing routine maintenance tasks.
• Quickly identify and diagnose electrical faults or malfunctions in onboard systems, including propulsion systems, power generation, and safety equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for the vessel.
• Oversee the installation of new electrical equipment and systems on vessels, ensuring compliance with marine safety standards and company protocols.
• Perform emergency and scheduled repairs to electrical systems, ensuring that all repairs meet industry safety and performance standards.
• Ensure that all electrical work adheres to safety standards, maritime regulations, and environmental laws. This includes ensuring compliance with SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) and MARPOL (International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships) regulations.
• Monitor the operation of power generation equipment such as diesel generators and alternators to ensure they are running efficiently and meet the vessel’s power demands.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electronic control systems used in various marine applications, including engine control, ballast control, and navigation equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems, ensuring the longevity and reliability of the equipment. This involves regular inspections, testing, and servicing.
• Provide guidance and training to junior engineers and vessel crew on the proper use, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades performed on electrical systems. Ensure that all electrical work is documented in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or equivilant; technical certification or associate degree in Marine Mechanics or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marine service and repair.
• Strong mechanical attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and marine service equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.

• Assist fellow Team Members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for food service and ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations and adjustments to meet required standards.
• Set up instrumentation and equipment as needed.
• Conduct fault finding and repairs on equipment.
• Interpret and execute calibration requests from both internal and external customers.
• Provide technical support and product information to internal and external customers.
• Communicate promptly with laboratory management regarding potential or actual issues that require action.
• Liaise with customers to address inquiries and deliver support effectively.

Requirements

• O Level / NITEC in electronics, electrical, mechatronics or mechanical engineering
• Previous experience in service, repair and calibrate a wide range of torque measuring equipment
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
