Requirement :

• Execute risk management plans for medico-legal cases and clinical complaints to ensure effective resolution for the organization.
• To undertake specific tasks or projects promoting good clinical care in the hospital.
• Manage medico-legal cases and clinical complaints to ensure effective resolution
• Manage claims process and coordinate the renewal and administration of medical malpractice coverage for the organization
• Drive the ML education and communication arm to increase awareness of the latest industry trends and issues
• Serve as a Secretariat to the Clinical Care Review Committee (CCRC)
• Manage ad hoc projects
