Job Description

• Take food order and serving of food to customers
• Attend to customers' queries and ensure quality guest services
• Have knowledge in every dish served and to provide explanations as requested
• Obtain feedback from customers and to use it to improve service
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service;
• Co-ordinate between workshop and customer, updating of job status;
• Prepare job chit / orders as to customers' need;
• Job progress follow-up and recommendation of any additional jobs required when necessary;
• To provide initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operation;
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Minimum NTC/Nitec in Automotive Technology/Mechatronics;
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive industry or related experience;
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
• Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, cake or flower orders, tables’ requests, and promotional offers
• Allocate and check the table arrangement both prior and during service, ensuring special requests are met wherever possible
• Check on guests’ satisfaction, attend guests’ needs and comments with proper follow up with Manager
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
