The E-Channel Service Center officer is a key member in the Client Service Network (CSN) team. He/she is responsible to provide first level Digital Platform support by phone and/or e-mail to Clients. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
• Stay informed on marketing trends, conduct competitive analysis, and explore new digital platforms and communication techniques.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create strategies that drive business growth.
• Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEM, social media ads, email, and content marketing.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Portray excellent service standards to Members.
