1) Customer Service

Attend to all walk-in potential customers and existing parents, phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails promptly and professionally
Handle registration of new students, attend to requests pertaining to change of courses and time slots by existing students/parents, handle termination of courses by existing students
Upkeep of Centre’s student management system and perform audit of system regularly

2) Administration

Prepare invoices and handles payment collection
Prepare debtors listing and send reminders for late payment
Maintain petty cash and prepares daily collection report
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

3) Teachers’ Support

Support teachers in photocopying and preparing of materials and resources
Assist teachers in the dismissal of classes and attendance taking
Participate in file checking and results tracking

The role of the QA executive is to ensure the standard of service quality at the Contact Center is consistently provided to our customers over various channels of contact i.e. phone emails, web chat etc. Focusing on complexity, non-routine and escalated contacts.

The QA role works to improve customer experience by developing and executing quality assurance processes (review and feedback for our CSOs) that helps CSOs understand and deliver an experience customers expect.

The role calls for one who is passionate in improving customer experience and nurture people to WOW customers.

The jobholder’s responsibilities are:-

Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Conduct quality assessment and transaction monitoring for voice and non-voice interactions handled by Contact Centre team
• Assess quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommends insights, develop improvements plans and collaborate with frontline teams to improve quality performance.
• Provide weekly coaching i.e. Face to Face to Individuals and Teams to improve quality performance
• Coordinate and facilitate call calibrations sessions with team leaders and CSOs

Reporting and Feedback:

• Research, understand customer expectations and needs through monitoring and data analysis of customer satisfaction rating responses to provide trend data to management team
• Review existing workflows, SOPs and proactively create and innovate methods to improve service standards and call/email/live chat quality and communicate effectively to frontline teams and management team
• Provide feedback and actionable data to various internal groups like operation managers and team leaders

Process Improvement:

• Analyze CSAT data and provide insights to identify trends and develop actionable plans for service and process improvements
• Collaborate with operations teams to refine workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the development of quality frameworks and scorecards.

Policy and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements for both voice and non-voice interactions
• Collaborate with Risk and compliance and other stakeholders to develops standards to ensure the protection of customer data.
• Keep abreast of latest organizational changes in products and processes

Compliment and Complaint Management

• Investigate Complaints and provide recommendations/action plans to prevent future occurrences
• Review and Endorse Compliments to ensure compliance to quality standards
• Actively involved in communication forums conducted by Team Leaders with CSOs

Communications and Collaboration

• Conduct Mystery calls externally and internally to measure/benchmark CC performance and keep up with industry best practices

Undertake any assignments as and when assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma
• Insurance Certifications – BCP/PGI/HI/M9 preferred
• 2-5 years relevant experience in working in Contact Center and/or Insurance industry preferred
• Strong in Microsoft Office Suite
• Multi-media (audio, video, web-based systems)
• Familiarity with Contact Centre Management tools, telephony systems and matrix
• Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Growth:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, manage P&L, and expand market share in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian territories. Identify growth opportunities, create market-entry strategies, and set objectives that align with our sustainability and modular infrastructure focus. Lead complex sales cycles in mission-critical sectors, including data centres, government, healthcare, and commercial industries, leveraging expertise in integrated power protection solutions.
• P&L Management: Assume full responsibility for the offices’ P&L, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability. Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to optimize financial performance. Prepare and present P&L reports to management, identifying areas for financial improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Regional Leadership and Market Development: Lead and oversee sales operations in the Singapore office and manage regional sales activities in Malaysia and Indonesia. Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, channel partners, and industry influencers to enhance market positioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project, engineering, product management) to align offerings with regional needs and promote customized power solutions.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong client satisfaction. Guide clients through the complexities of infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance, positioning the company as a trusted advisor for sustainable power protection solutions. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify additional needs and foster long-term partnerships.
• Team Development and Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing sales team across regional offices to drive productivity, achieve sales goals, and uphold our commitment to excellence. Provide training and development for sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Lead by example, working closely with the sales team on quotation creation, submission, negotiation, as well as wining and closing deals.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor and report on sales and financial performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the management. Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and P&L accountability to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Expansion and Innovation: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in untapped Southeast Asian markets, developing entry strategies to achieve revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field;
• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales in data centres will be highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L within regional sales operations.
• Excellent knowledge of power protection technologies (e.g., DRUPS, UPS, diesel generators, modular power infrastructure solution).
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and P&L.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.

We are dedicated to providing quality home-based services and support to families and children experiencing abuse or severe neglect at home. Referrals are received from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Child Protection Services to assist families and children identified as needing non-statutory services and support. Guided by a child-centred, family-focused, and community-based approach, our aim is to empower families to reach their fullest potential and provide ongoing support through life’s changes and challenges.

• Carry out social investigation, assessment, case formulation, intervention planning.
• Timely preparation of reports and case recordings.
