Job Scopes:

• Planning, coordinating and supervising construction projects and completing them in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers and other professionals to determine the specifications of the project.
• Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates.
• Overseeing the selection and purchase of materials and equipment needed for construction.
• Ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations, and communicating with regulators and inspectors throughout projects.
• Navigating and resolving any problems that might arise onsite, whether they relate to construction delays, safety concerns or cost overruns.

Job Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

• Collaborate with Senior Management to identify new applications and markets for company products

• Partner with the CAE team to develop new analysis methodologies based on both short-term and long-term company goals
• Support Senior Management in managing the technical team to achieve department targets
• Collaborate with the R&D team in the development of new products, ensuring essential data collection and evaluation for application requirements

Training & Development:

• Provide expert guidance to the team in addressing customer issues, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
• Organize and conduct technical training sessions for internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders across the ASEAN region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in plastics injection molding, polymer engineering, or chemical analysis for plastics and chemicals
• Deep knowledge of polymer/plastics and injection molding processes
• Familiarity with laboratory analysis equipment is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
• Willingness to travel frequently within the ASEAN region
