Qualifications & Experience
● Diploma or Degree in Maritime, Business and/or Accounting related disciplines
● Custom Permit (Export/Import/Transshipment): 2-3 Years
● Freight Forwarding Industry: 2-3 Years
Responsibilities
● Responsible to verify cargo documentations
● Declare Import & Export permit for import, export and transshipment cargoes based on documentation received by the logistics team
● Input data from the shipping activity reports into billing/accounting system
● Proactively to chase vendors & authorities for pending invoices and send back to logistics for approval
● Alert Logistics if PO’s or SO’s are not received by customer timely
● Obtain final approval of invoice & job closure from Logistics and send email instruction with supporting documents to finance dept for final billing to customer
● Save all job supporting documents into Share Point folder
● Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by GMO
Requirements
● Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel (Advance), Pivot Table and MS Project application
● Only Singaporean /PR Need Apply
● Diligently and good time management
● Strong attention to details and Meticulous with numbers
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
