Description:

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, installations, commissioning, and general servicing activities.
• Effective collaboration with management is vital to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through direct engagement.
• Regular communication with customers, the service team, and subcontractors is encouraged to foster positive relationships and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Timely responses to system breakdown and the execution of scheduled preventive maintenance are crucial responsibilities.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress with customers and relevant stakeholders to facilitate prompt installations, as well as supervising subcontractors' activities on-site.
• Ensure that all installations adhere to project specifications is critical. This role entails managing system applications, drafting, database generation, and the commissioning of the systems for which one is responsible.
• Available for 24/7 standby duty is expected to adequately address any complaints or breakdowns.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or its equivalent with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a proven capability to work collaboratively with both internal and external partners.
• A proactive self-starter with strong initiative and a collaborative spirit.
• An adaptable individual who can thrive under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
