Branch Operations

• Review of all Daily/Monthly Reports via Report-to-Web (except GL Reports to be reviewed by BOSM)
• To scrutinize reports/schedules for unusual entries which may require further investigations / Escalations if required
• To raise any Suspicious Transaction Report (STR) if necessary
• Review of Daily Transaction Vouchers
• Stock Control – Custodian for Cashier’s Orders, Savings Passbooks, MLI Cards, Captured MLI/Credit Cards, Cheque Books and any others pending clients’ collection.
• Ensure all Drafts application, Telegraphic Transfer applications, standing instruction, GIRO, Payplus, Clients’ Requests are scanned / batched with appropriate authorization to relevant departments for processing on time
• Collate data/information related to branch reporting.- Accurate & Timely Submission
• Reporting of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Returns where applicable
• Reporting of any other Ad hoc information required from time to time
• Assist in answering phones, general enquiries and investigations.
• Branch Cash Operations In absence of BOCEM, CEOM to assume role of Cash Officer (Keyholder / Safe Combination Holder where applicable).

Limits Management

• Ensure the overall cash is within the Branch Cash Holding limits (end of day Branch limits)
• Ensure all Client Experience Representative (CER)/ Senior Client Experience Representative (CER) do not exceed intra-day limit /end of day cash limit
• Maintenance of Cash position in all auxiliary Services – ATM/CDM
• Escalate in the event of breaching branch cash holding limits to Branch Manager. Inform also via email the Head, Branch Operations and provide reasons / justifications on the breach
• Raise RMS for change of transaction limits when necessary (e.g. upgrade from CL5 to CL4)

Approvals, Controls & Reconciliations

• Ensure dual control operation of the Cash Vault/ATM/CDM
• Granting transaction approval and overrides for all CER/ Senior CER within delegation limit
• Approve movement of cash to and from vault with Senior CER under dual control and confirm denomination and value input in eBranch System
• Approve cash indent and return to MAS/Battery Road Branch via CISCO
• Perform Surprise Cash Checks at a pre-determined frequency
• Daily reconciliation of physical cash in Vault/ATM/CDM with - Senior CER under dual control
• Perform daily checks (random sample of 5% or 5, whichever is lower) on signature verification, transaction validation and technical details for each CER/ Senior CER’s Debit transactions within the CER/ Senior CER’s limit and sign off on the vouchers as evidence of checks.
• All staff to refer to Cash Operations Manual in Knowledge One for full details

Management of Service Delivery

• Ensure clients are being served within stipulated standard (refer to scorecard)
• Assist clients in queries; handling feedbacks, complaints that are escalated by CER/Sales staff which includes escalated exceptional investigations and queries and liaising with other functions/department

Referrals

• Generate new sales opportunities by proactively referring client with banking needs to respective Sales Staff for cross-selling & upselling, (except insurance and investment)
• To activate, educate & direct clients to utilise digital/self service terminal (SST) channels

Compliance / Operational Risk

• Dual Control to be observed at all times
• To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Line Manager & Transaction Monitoring Unit.

• Organizational duties including but not limited to Powerpoint presentations, memo preparations, management statistics and evaluations within the Service Division.

• Organization and maintenance of customer contracts.

Job Title: SAP Service Delivery Manager

Job Description: SAP Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of SAP services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing the performance of the service delivery team. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring that service delivery processes are efficient and effective.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of SAP services, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

• Lead and manage a team of service delivery coordinators, process analysts, technical leaders, and engineers.
• Track and report on service delivery performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

You will lead the Managed Services team. Will need to focus on maintaining good relationships with clients and improving the company's services to fulfil the client requirements. An SDM will have both technical and administrative role where they help resolve technical problems and manage team performance.

An SDM is responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of a project. He/She has to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget and the project's objectives are met. SDMs’ oversee the overall flow of the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, different interests involved are satisfied and the most efficient resources and methods are used.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage the overall activities of the whole Services support team, schedules the activities and staff rosters, provides instructions and reports to The Company on a regular basis and highlights critical issues requiring The Company’s decision.
• To provide an overall control layer to the delivery of the Managed Service, ensuring that the ITIL based processes and procedures are agreed & adhered to within the scope of the service. The SDM also acts as the single point of contact for the service, allowing the Customer access to information and actions regarding service activities.
• The SDM shall work with any external project teams which may be engaged by The Company from time to time for any adhoc projects for the purpose of ensuring operations continuing to be smooth and process and systems documentations to be updated if necessary.
• The SDM will own the service provision and provide a primary point of contact to the Customer for all service-related issues.
• The SDM will drive implementation and on-going adherence to the ITIL processes, including customer service improvements.
• The SDM will manage service delivery to ensure the maintenance of a fully functional, reliable, and secure IT environment, and continuous service improvement within the scope defined in the services above.
• The SDM will ensure a co-ordinated approach is taken to the delivery of all services including the management of interdependencies and risks.
• The SDM will ensure incidents, major or otherwise, are resolved according to agreed service levels and in accordance with agreed processes. The SDM will co-ordinate the activities between the managed service team and third-party vendors in the resolution of such incidents.
• The SDM will perform management of change to the assigned live environments while maintaining the accuracy of associated systems documentation.
• The SDM will Report on service delivery through the provision of monthly service review reports and incident reports as agreed.
• The SDM will provide advice and guidance on any matters relating to The Company IT environment.
• The SDM will Maintain satisfaction with the service delivered to the user community and the business. This will include the management of complaints and acting as an escalation point when appropriate.
• The SDM will ensure a shared process and procedure documentation is maintained, either in a service Operations Handbook or in Knowledge Base articles. These will be shared documents between The Company and The Supplier. The SDM will be responsible for ensure the documentations completeness, accuracy and in a timely manner.
