What you'll be doing

• Payroll Product system analysis and solution provider
• To be independent and an expert in HRMS Payroll related product
• Technically analyze existing payroll system, functional requirement and provide system solution or areas of impact will there be any enhancement/customization/system issues bring up by the team
• Read the system source codes and advise on the behavior or feasibility of the requirements
• Review the technical specification document and provide a detail or sufficient content to the Development Team
• Discuss and Work with Research and Development (R&D) team for any required discussion pertaining to the system and solution design
• Strictly follow the process and ensure proper documentation (functional/technical specification) is in place
• Ensure effective communication to the respective team(s) involved
• Take overall responsibility and actively follow up the tasks assigned to ensure the deadline is met

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Computing and/or Information System
• Hands-on experience in HRMS/HCM modules and technical analysis / system design experience
• Proficiency in the English language and an additional Asian language is advantageous to effectively communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders.

The Job

Handling day-to-day incoming funds, ensuring accurate financial tracking, and assisting with

administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate donor data.

• Prepare official receipts for donors in a timely manner.

• Process, verify, and post receipts for income, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure timely bank deposits of received funds.

• Research and resolve any discrepancies related to accounts promptly.

• Maintain accurate records of payments, account statuses, and other financial information.

• Process and submit donation data to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) as required.

• Monitor and manage outstanding pledge donations, ensuring timely collection of payments.

• Prepare monthly donation and reconciliation reports to track financial activities.

• Maintain and track the receipt book register for accurate record-keeping.

• Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations, senior centers, and clinics.

• Assist with the preparation and processing of payments.

• Assist with fundraising events and society activities as directed by the Executive Committee or Executive Directors.

• Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Finance and Administrative

Manager.

Requierement

• Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• High level of accuracy in handling financial data and resolving discrepancies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English

The Job

The Operations Executive plays an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of

multiple sites within our organisation. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this position

involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating with colleagues at various sites, and

implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-

oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager to maintain IT systems and implement digitalisation efforts across the organisation.
• Review operating processes and Develop strategies with the Operations Manager to enhance day-to-day operations of various services.
• Ensure reliability of all facilities’ mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems, either through carrying out simple repairs or coordinating with service providers to carry the necessary works.
• Complete administrative tasks relevant to quotations, service agreements & contracts, purchase orders of inventory and supplies.
• Support any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

• A qualification in information operations management/information technology/business administration.

• Operational Oversight: Handle the center's operations on either Saturday or Sunday (8:45 AM - 6:45 PM).
• Opening and Closing Duties: Ensure the center is ready for operations and secure after closing.
• Administrative Tasks:Attend to walk-in customers and prospective clients.
  Handle incoming phone calls and messages.
  Maintain databases and records.
  Prepare materials for teachers, including photocopying and filing.
  Ensure the center is tidy and stocked with essential office supplies.
