JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent will provide active ageing activities, befriending services for vulnerable seniors who require additional social support; and referrals for care services when required. Job Scope

• Review student’s curriculum and syllabus and answer their doubts regarding those topics.
• Assist the students in the understanding of key concepts being taught in school.
• Guide them in tests and exams preparations.

• Develop new learning materials for the centre’s distribution to our students.
• Assist in the centre's operations in other matters.
• Contribute to the learning programmes offered by the centre.

About the role

The Team Lead will organise, direct, and monitor the daily activities of a team of Customer Experience Agents. This role involves ensuring high levels of customer service, adherence to company policies, and continuous improvement of team performance.

• Organise and oversee shift duties for the team.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Customer Experience Agents to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure emails, live chat and calls handled by Customer Experience Agents are correctly managed.
• Monitor calls to observe individual demeanour, technical accuracy, and adherence to company and client policies and procedures.
• Handle and escalate sensitive calls when necessary.
• Provide real-time feedback and conduct monthly reviews.
• Identify and address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communications and alignment of goals.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned to support operational needs, process improvements, or special projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and handle sensitive situations.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Attentive to details.
• Proficiency in using customer service software tools such as Zendesk.
• Rotating 12 hours shift work is required, including night shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of channel operations processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and guidelines. This includes performing sample checks on contact centre agents’ email response to citizens.
• Conduct regular audits, prepare quality reports, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain quality control policies, training materials, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with the team lead to identify root causes of process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular training and guidance to the operations team on quality standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a channel or operations environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning of annual calendar plan of activities for seniors and coordinating of the activities
• Assist in programme evaluation and telephone interviews/survey to gather feedback on the activities and programmes
• Manage queries and provide seniors with information and referral to services
• Monitor the supply and condition of equipment, activity materials and supplies and assist to procure items when needed
• Assist Programme Executive to manage programme budgets and resources

  Key Responsibilities: -
• Establish/identify new sales opportunities, secure sales to achieve Individual Sales Budgets & Enrolment Budget for course base assigned.
