Overview

As part of our continued business expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in the Singapore market, with a specific focus in the analgesic and FMCG industries.

In this role, you are required to identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction, develop account strategies to meet sales targets, identify product placement opportunities, analyse market trends and conducting in-depth market research to identify potential growth opportunities, collaborating with sales and marketing team on promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement key account strategies for key customers based on thorough understanding of their needs and proposing solutions that align with both company and customer objectives.
• Oversee sales and operations across the entire market. Develop and execute effective key account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives for company's product portfolio.
• Conduct market research and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in key account management, proven track record within the FMCG industry, preferred focus on the analgesic market.
• Experience with Modern Trade - Pharmacy channel clients will be an advantage, travel retail, supermarkets, convenience stores.
• Experience with major retail chains or distributors in Singapore.
• Trade Marketing experience, distributor management experience will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

• Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

• Conducting testing to ensure that the system is functioning safely and efficiently

• Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the commissioning process.

• Lead and develop the respective ownership of all activities pertaining to commissioning which will involve partial oversight of project engineers and site supervisors as it pertains to commissioning scope.

• Review and acknowledge/approve on all project documents including design drawings, equipment submittal, specifications, quality control plan and understand project requirements pertaining to start-up and commissioning compliances

• Participate in the key design reviews such as P&ID, Equipment Layout, and HAZOP to ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design of the facilities

• Schedule and execute all the required inspections and tests are being carried out in accordance with the approved plan and keep proper documentation.
