Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage workshop maintenance and repair tasks for refuse trucks.

Coordinate with customers, technicians, to ensure timely job completion.

Plan mobile service engineers for emergency repairs or after-hours service needs.

Track and manage team overtime, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Monitor workshop and mobile service performance, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts inventory, and customer interactions.

Support the Aftersales Manager in addressing customer concerns Assist in diagnosing technical issues and ensuring technicians are equipped with the necessary tools and resources.

Accountabilities & Commitments Required

• Able to plan breakdowns after office hours and weekends, mostly on Whatsapp
• Commitment to join a growing company and take full responsibility to be part of a team

Knowledge required

• Technical background in vehicle maintenance, with experience in waste management equipment or heavy vehicles preferred
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Ability to effectively manage and track team overtime and work schedules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, technicians, and management.

Experiences required

• Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar job
• Experience with workshop management systems and mobile service coordination

High-Tension (HT) Switchboard Service Technician

1. Able to carry out high-tension switchboard servicing.

2. To assist the Project Engineering with day-to-day high tension (HT) switchboard servicing and installation.

3. Able to understand electrical as-build drawings and switchboard switches and diversion.

* Support start-up, contract maintenance and other service activities with emphasis on safety and protection.

* Perform routine preventive maintenance, logging, corrective maintenance works and to carry out warranty repairs.

* Participate in service and repair of personnel protection equipments, safety activities, emergency response, breakdown calls and ad hoc projects.

* Manage all orders efficiently until fulfilment stage, by working closely with Service team.

* Liaison with relevant parties such as customers, service supervisor, coordinators and logistic pertaining to queries, technical issues, status and deliveries.

• Willingness to work occasional long hours
