Summary of Role

Service Line Sales Specialists (SLS) provide deep expertise in a Service Line Practice Area to support the Client Leadership Team to close new and expansion opportunities on accounts. Job Description:

• Handle maintenance lift services that are assigned by the supervisor.
• Performance servicing, parts replacement, load test, and minor repair work to lift.
• Ensure that correct work methods or procedures are applied to ensure the reliability of the services and safe operations.
• Support the service operations team to achieve department objectives on service quality standards.
• Standby for any emergency calls after office hours/weekends and public holidays.
• Any ad-hoc maintenance job assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Experience. Candidates with no experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply for Lift Technician role.
• Team player and willing to learn on the job.
• Candidate needs to possess their own vehicle.
• 5.5 days work week (8.45 am - 6.15 pm) & Alternative Saturday (Half Day)

You are required to report directly to your Manager and is responsible for continue providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that municipal operations are well organized.

Job responsibilities of a Service Engineer are as follows:-

• Perform on-site repair, troubleshooting of medical equipment;

• To perform IT troubleshooting on medical equipment;

• Assist in delivery medical device;

• Remote troubleshooting via telephone or remote desktop support;

• To ensure all equipment repairs and preventive maintenance service are promptly attended resolved within a reasonable period of time to minimize service downtime in customers operation;

• To carry out service jobs including installation, testing and commissioning, user training, preventive maintenance service, breakdown calls effectively and efficiently;

• To inspect all incoming equipment to assure physical condition and functional checks prior to deliver to customers;

• To submit service report and relevance documents to service coordinator for filing purposes;

• To undertake other duties and responsibilities as may assigned by the management from time to time.

Reporting to the Programme Lead, the Community Case Manager is key in managing care services for clients and enhancing the capabilities of community carers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Care

• Conduct home visits to assess clients' needs and create personalized care plans.
• Perform psycho-social assessments to recommend suitable service linkages.
• Administer nursing procedures (e.g., monitoring vital signs) in home settings, ensuring safe and efficient use of resources.
• Educate patients and caregivers to improve health outcomes and self-care.
• Collaborate with external healthcare partners to coordinate seamless care.
• Maintain accurate visit logs and client documentation.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and support a team of micro-jobbers, overseeing skill development and work scheduling/assignments.
• Provide guidance on job-related tasks and address challenges faced by micro-jobbers.
• Attend trainings and case conferences to enhance client care and support for caregivers.

Strategic & Administrative Support

• Collaborate with the Programme Lead to plan, execute and enhance program operations and strategic direction.
• Engage in projects as assigned by supervisors.
• Handle administrative tasks, including data collection and report preparation.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in community nursing preferred.
• Additional qualifications in social work or case management are advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for elderly care in community settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

1. Manage and lead the Service Desk and staffs to provide 1st level technical support.

2 Act as a further escalation point for unresolved or escalated cases and provide guidance to the team.

3. Take on a wider customer service role and promote the customer service ethic to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.

4. Report to SD managers on any issue that could significantly impact the SLA and recommends action plan.

5. Take overall responsibility for incident management and request fulfilment (if any).

6. Ensure staffs take ownership of user’s incidents and be proactive when dealing with user’s incidents.

7. Ensure all calls and emails are logged in the Service Desk logging system as per operating procedure.

8. Allocate more complex calls and emails to the relevant IT Support member.

9. Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved within L1

10. Manage Service Quality Assessment and Coach the agents on proper handling approaches.

11. Provide Domain Briefing/ Training to new joiners.

12. Able to front Service Desk to stakeholders for clarification and enquiries.
