Qualifications and requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent, with 4 years’ experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company. Role

We are looking for a Centre Admin with a genuine interest in improving the landscape for education. Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Liaise with cleaning and pest control vendors; schedule deep cleaning and routine maintenance; ensure facilities are well-maintained.
• Facilities Management: Maintain asset lists; implement monitoring checklists for equipment; liaise with landlord on maintenance and compliance.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders for various business units

2. Conduct pre and post assessment using Gym Tonic protocol.

3. Supervise 12-week progressive strength training and maintenance training.
