• Provide on-site software installation and technical support to customers, resolving complex issue related to automation software systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/wiring and software problems in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:

We require a part time, weekend Administration and Customer Services Executive to perform admin and customer service tasks for our floristry business including:

• Printing delivery orders and gift message cards
• Planning delivery routes
• Managing the dispatch of flowers and gifts

Summary

The Head of Customer Services is responsible for leading and directing the Customer Services Department, ensuring that tactical and proactive plans are implemented to deliver the set objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
