Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
• Professional looking and well-groomed to the standards set
• Proficient in customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm in any given situation
• Possess digital literacy
• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience will be a plus
• Prior experience in the beauty line preferred

• Supervises and controls the quality and operations of the center.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the staff, promoting a welcoming, positive, and supportive environment within the center.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of experience in student care.
• Proficient in content knowledge for homework guidance.

We are actively seeking for a long term part-time administrator to share the working schedules with our existing administrators. He/She must be meticulous and able to do basic administrative duties, is well versed in MS Office and communicates well in English.

Able to commit for a minimum of 1 year. Students are welcomed to apply. Training will be provided.

Schedules:

Mondays-Thursdays:

4.30pm-9.30pm/10.00pm

Fridays:

5.00pm-9.30pm/10.00pm

Saturdays: 8.45am-5.30pm/6.00pm

Sundays:

9.00am-5.30pm
