Job Responsibilities

• Management of daily operations.
• Monitor and review Ops/vendor performance to enhance customer experience. Example, daily meeting with ops/vendors to review results and work on improvement plan.
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Create regular or ad-hoc reporting based on business requirements. Keep track of resolution, action plans and status update.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Recording Minutes of Meeting and disseminate to desired stakeholders.
• Review existing processes and work with process team and vendors to enhance processes for better customer experience.
• Preparing and documenting of Standard Operation Procedures.
• Identify and enhance efficiencies to improve on the operations and customer’s experience such as reporting
• Training and briefing the staffs on any changes of SOPs.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintain appropriately for each project.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experiences with tertiary qualification.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and meet deadlines.
