Ensuring that day to day operations and preparations are carried out following SOPs.

Assisting Floor Supervisor in organizing BOH and FOH, ensuring the respected area is attended to.

Qualifications

1. Mastery of simple and elegant service protocol.
2. Knowledge of standard procedure with regards to high level high volume restaurant service.

5. Comfort with equipment standard functions.
6. Self starter with ability to manage deadlines of self and others.

Requirements

• Must have Refrigeration knowledge or experience.
• Min 2 - 5 years working experience in the field of Industrial cooling, industrial refrigeration, electrical, mechanical as well as electronic skill.
• Candidate must possess at least a ITE Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic or other equivalent qualification.

• Service and maintenance on site, installation and commissioning if willing to learn, training will be provided.

Job description

1. Perform the maintenance service in a proper and correct manner as stated on the checklist

2. Attend emergency breakdown service as instructed by the team leader

3. Carry out testing & commissioning for A&A work and run the small size of project

4. Provide technical support to the Application Team

5. Co-ordinate with the Project and Application departments and provide necessary support when required by the Team Leader

This role is with the IT Service Delivery Team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This team is responsible for Service Operations – the structure and processes which ensure accountability, oversight and auditability throughout the team.

ServiceNow is the platform used by IT and the business for many of their processes/applications. This application is owned and developed by this team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Change Management, including review new and implemented changes, chair CAB, review change schedule, maintain dashboard, prepare comms.
• Incident Management, including analysing trends, incident workarounds, monitoring aged incidents.
• Major Incident Management, including communication, being part of the Incident Repsonse Team, managing suppliers
• Problem Management, including chairing any problem meetings, managing active problems, highlighting new problems.
• Release Management – liaising with the testers, vendor, tracking features and defects
• Service Request Management – documenting processes, analysing trends, identifying service improvements, working with teams to design new processes
