· Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies

· Manage social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, website, etc) and ensure that up-to-date information is uploaded.

· Work with management on formulating and implementation of marketing initiatives

· Conceptualize and develop marketing plans and initiatives aligned with Company’s objectives and brand strategies

· Develop creative promotional campaigns to drive brand to achieve optimal sales growth

· Work on tight dateline to meet media advertisements by various Landlords and ad hoc media exposure offered and/or pick up by media companies.

· Regular store visits to ensure correct and consistent marketing communications as well as distinctive display of marketing materials.

· Sale of F&B related events/conferences.

· To maintain and grow F&B sales for exiting the client.

· Implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase business revenue.

· Manage multiple projects via events, seminar and meetings as per arranged. Participate in any ad-hoc sales and marketing duty.

· Perform other related duties

• Coordination of Rehearsals: Organize and manage rehearsals, ensuring that actors and crew are aware of schedules and any changes.
• Cue Management: Call cues for lighting, sound, props, and scene changes during performances, ensuring precise timing.
• Script Management: Maintain an updated script with all blocking, cues, and technical notes, also known as a "prompt book."
• Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of communication between the director, cast, crew, and technical teams.
• Technical Rehearsal Supervision: Oversee technical rehearsals, coordinating lighting, sound, and set changes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Props and Set Management: Ensure all props, costumes, and set pieces are in place and functioning correctly before and during the performance.
• Health and Safety: Ensure that the stage and backstage areas are safe, enforcing health and safety protocols for the cast and crew.
