Position Overview:

The Service Delivery Manager for Cyber Security is responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality cyber security services to clients. This includes overseeing security operations, incident response, service level agreements (SLAs), and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Incident & Problem Management: Lead incident response, ensuring quick resolution and preventive measures for recurring issues. Track and document incidents and resolutions.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of security professionals, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing training and resources to enhance team performance.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on service delivery metrics and performance against SLAs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in cyber security or IT service management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of cyber security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience in security operations and incident response.
• Familiarity with security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, cloud security).
• ITIL certification is a plus.

Desired Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with cloud security and managed security services (MSS).
