As the Research Engineer (Equipment/Operations), you are directly involved in tool installation activities for semiconductor process tools. You would need to work proactively to coordinate with the contractor on the ground for the execution and take corrective and preventive actions of lessons learned, due diligently to prevent reoccurrence. You are responsible for performing utilities turn-on after installation is completed. You must perform the activities per ASTAR site procedure and safety policies to ensure all tool-install-related activities are completed, meeting safety, quality, schedule and budget requirements. You will also be required to perform other activities such as operations for the different semiconductor modules (Diffusion, Litho, Dry/Wet Etch, Thin Film, Implant, etc).

Founded in 2020, Antina is a JV between Starhub Mobile and M1 and is responsible for the rolling out of the 5G Standalone (SA) Radio Access Network (RAN) in Singapore for the two mobile network operators.
The Standalone 5G (SA) RAN is a game-changing ultra-high speed, low-latency network, and one which will enable new use cases across entertainment, cloud gaming, transportation, education and healthcare. 5G is used across three main types of connected services, including enhanced mobile broadband, mission-critical communications, and the massive IoT.

Non-standalone 5G (NSA) was the first stage of 5G, using a new 5G radio (or 5G NR) access network overlaid on an existing 4G LTE network core. Standalone (SA) 5G uses the 5G NR access network on a brand new 5G network core. Both approaches provide value, but many of the most exciting new features and innovative use cases of 5G can only be realized through a standalone 5G network.

Purpose

The primary role of our Operations Engineer is to monitor and maintain 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems to ensure operational efficiency and continuity for the company’s business.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Carry out 24 x 7 daily monitoring of the 3.5GHz C-Band RAN systems’ faults and alarms.
2. Issue trouble tickets and tracked the fault resolution to ensure that any fault raised is responded to and resolved within the agreed SLA.

• Background in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical or biotechnology preferred).
• Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in formulation development.
• In-depth understanding of GMP, process development, validation, and pharmaceutical quality systems.

Job Description:

The incumbent attached under AI Software Development will be involved in AI software and Social Media platform development, frontend and backend development, integration and testing for AI product and AI platform, where AIGC, machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), computer vision, speech processing, NLP, 3D and Computer graphics and their combination might be used.

Job Responsibilities:

As a full-time employee in AI Software Development, you will be responsible to:

· Lead the architecture, design, and development of robust full-stack solutions.

· Collaborate and work closely with product managers, designers, and AI developers to understand project requirements and design UI, develop and test AI system in docker for commercial applications or to improve existing products.

· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

· Assist the team to develop Web/Mobile application with frontend and backend (full stack) and deploy AI system with cloud service in applications

· Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.

· Be involved in system integration and operation in DevOpps, with testing and evaluation work

· Continuously research and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance and AI systems.

· Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously researching and evaluating emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Job Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong skills on both front-end and back-end technologies.

· Programming skills with experience in GUI design and implementation, frontend and backend development, and cloud/server system design and integration in the use of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, Javascript/Typescript, Swift programming, C#, web related programming; strong proficiency with Database, React, Angular, Vue.js., NextJS, Nodejs, Docker, embedded software development

· Solid understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).

· Extensive use of APIs and strong understanding of HTTP(S) and REST architecture.

· Knowledge of cloud services and deployment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Firebase).

· Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

· Experience with micro-services architecture.

· Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Ability to quickly develop expertise in new domains and products, and eagerness to master new challenges.

· Strong communication, collaborative, leadership abilities along with analytical and problem, solving skills
