Responsibilities

• Required to work cohesively and productively with the sales and other technical personnel in the company;
• Able to work with customer's specifications and formulate solutions for proposals to customers;
• Execute pre-sales services such as product demonstrations and post-sales services such as installation, testing and commissioning of projects, and technical support to customers, depending on project requirements;
• Provide product training to customers;
• Maintain a database of services and support provided and follow-up on these accordingly.

Requirements

The individual should have the following prerequisites:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechantronic Engineering or related discipline;
• Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Customer-oriented communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical;
• Presentation skills to conduct product demonstrations and trainings coherently and positively;
• Ability to manage time, resources and stakeholders for successful completion of work at hand;
• A passion to learn new technology, positive mindset and good attitude;
• Self-motivation - able to take initiative and work independently with minimal guidance;
• At least 5 years' experience in similar position is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

· Conceptualization and design of facades, propose and value engineering of connection details, member sizes, preparation of structural calculation reports,

· Delivery of technical presentations

· Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, fabricators, suppliers and other project team members

· Site inspections

· Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master degree is plus.

· Familiar with façade systems & material

· Proficient in common design tools, e.g. Autocad, Staad Pro, Strand 7, Mathcad…

· Familiar with BCA regulations & Euro codes

· Minimum 3 years of experience in façade engineering.

· Both of mid-level or senior level positions are available. Candidates with less façade design experience but with good understanding of engineering concept are also welcome.
