Job requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage circuit move, add, change and disconnection orders (MACDs) life cycle.
• Issue Letter of Authorization and Connecting Facility Assignment (LOA-CFA) and loading cross connects orders.
• Directly execute or manage local vendor technicians for circuits and cross connect delivery, provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate physical layer installation of network cabling according to cabling matrices, physical circuit troubleshooting and fault analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience data centre or corporate/enterprise IT infrastructure, operating in IT best practices (ITIL), and operating within equipment lifecycle processes.

• Handle full set of accounts, ensuring compliance with current accounting practices.
