Job Description:

• Handle and attend to clients’ incoming enquiries
• Following up with customers on their enquiries
• Update/Maintain customer information in the company’s system
• Prepare internal forms and letters
• Liaise with external parties on related matters
• Undertake adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Cheerful with Pleasant Personality, Good Team Player
• Good communication Skills – Verbal & Written
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

• To approach and contact clients
• Present new proposal and initiatives to potential and/or existing clients
• Building long lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Service and grow existing client base

Requirement:

• To possess driving licence
• Own transport preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to effectively communicate with clients in English and Mandarin language
• Ability to work proficiently independently as well as in a team environment
