Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner

Responsibilities

• Steel Work Supervision: Supervise structural steel repairs, including welding, fabrication, and modifications on RoRo vessels, container vessels, and bulk carriers, ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards.
• Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance, corrective actions, and upgrades equipment, including RoRo ramps, doors, and hatches.
• Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of steel structures and mechanical systems to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Project Management: Lead and manage subcontractors during larger steel repair projects, ensuring the work is completed on time and within budget.
• Customer Support: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers, providing technical support and feedback to the relevant teams.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards and site-specific safety protocols.

Requirements

• Min with technical qualification in steel fabrication, marine or other relevant engineering fields.
• Min 2-3 years working experience in supervising steelworks or marine industry.
