As an NLP Engineer at LTS, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our AI-driven products and services. - 3 years or above experiences in ACMV, especially in air-conditioning industry

Responsibilities:

• Develop and draft process improvement initiatives to enhance occupational safety, product quality, energy efficiency, production capacity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement process improvement projects using the Management of Change system and/or Non-Regular Work system.
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations teams to coordinate, plan, and execute new grade trial runs, including overseeing trial operations and evaluations.
• Monitor process performance and key parameters to identify and mitigate risks that may impact plant stability, safety, or product quality.
• Provide technical support in troubleshooting process-related issues, conducting root cause analyses, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to the preparation and implementation of safety and quality standards by participating in relevant studies such as HAZOP and FMEA.

Requirements:

• Singapore Certified Energy Manager qualification is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Safety Case Regime is essential.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards is preferred.
• Understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and SS651 standards.
• Familiarity with IEC 61511 standards is an advantage.

Job Duties

• Reports to Project Manager.
• Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs.
• Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Lead a group of supervisors and ensure site progress is on schedule.
• Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project for senior role.
• Minimum 2 complete cycle (piling to roof) for HDB projects.
• Experience in architectural works will be an advantage.
• Technical competence.
• Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and good team player.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency.

Responsibilites:

- Assist Project Manager in design and planning.

- Assist in project coordination and supervision.

- Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.

- Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and local authorities.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

- Preferably 2 years of working experience in Electrica industry.

- Working experience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) works in commercial building project.

- Ability to write /understand engineering reports.

- Knowledge in using AutoCad.

- Have excellent problem solving skills.

- Able to work in independently with minimum supervision and under pressure.

- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Words.
