Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

• Provide customer service to walk-in customers
• Attend to telephone, email, and live chat inquiries in an effective and efficient manner
• Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
• Access to various service portals to retrieve the required information
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels
• Identify direct or cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
• Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Solicit customers' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
• Provides regular reports to Reporting Manager

Job Requirements:

1. Responsible for processing and management of customers’ orders with timely deliveries.

2. Timely keying in orders and acknowledgment of customer purchase orders.

3. Ensure no overdue customer orders; work closely with the sales team and business development team to clear overdue customer orders for deliveries/ shipments arrangement.

4. Liaise with customers on deliveries/shipment dates and any special requirements about customers’ order fulfilments.

Job Description:

1. Handle new vehicle registrations and documentation.
2. Coordinate towing, plate installations, and IU arrangements.
3. Monitor and manage road tax renewal, including client notifications.
4. Address traffic offences (summons) promptly.
5. Manage insurance quotations, vehicle transfers, and records.
6. Participate in COE bidding and update price lists.
7. Oversee name card distribution and purchase orders.
8. Manage leasing contracts, advertisements, and inventory.
9. Facilitate vehicle loan applications and motor insurance.
10. Coordinate various tasks as required, including layup and vendor coordination.
11. Regularly maintain stock list and stock location records
12. Monitor and oversee the expiration dates of ETS items.
13. Provide efficient after-sales support for clients and leased buses.
14. Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements/ Qualifications:

1. Able to work closely with the Sales team and vendors.

2. Familiarity with ETS protocols and practices.

3. Required language(s): English, Chinese

Key Responsibilities

• Sales-Oriented: Generate and increase sales revenues, hitting sales targets.
• Customer Liaison: Provide expert guidance and support to customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services.
• Service Coordination:
  • Facilitate vehicle check-in and check-out processes.
  • Conduct test drives with customers to identify concerns or issues.
  • Offer service recommendations, including intervals, warranties, and maintenance procedures.
• Quotations and Pricing:
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and repair quotes in accordance with the Singapore automobile industry.
  • Strategically develop competitive pricing to maximize sales.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  • Regularly update customers on the status of their vehicles.
  • Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Encourage positive customer reviews on Google.
• Vehicle Quality Assurance:
  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to guarantee vehicle quality.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address any PDI rectifications.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Troubleshoot basic vehicle faults and problems.
  • Assist sales personnel with administrative and technical support during vehicle delivery.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Singapore workshop or agent role.
• Class 3 driving license with 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficient in preparing and managing service documentation.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Ability to speak English and mandarin fluently, other languages are a bonus.
