You will attend to phone enquiries from our customers, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility and supporting the preparation and delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.

The job

- Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls in a professional and prompt manner.

- Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.

- Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.

- Prepare effectively and accurately requests including but not limited to policy summary, premium paid, beneficiary information.

- Work closely with stakeholders on the service request requirements.

- Deliver service requests within stipulated service standards.

- Undertake projects or other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirement:

- Min ’A’ Levels or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient in written and conversational English. Mother Tongue will be advantageous to support non-English speaking customers.

- Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition.

- Meticulous and detailed-oriented.

- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude. Work well independently as well as in a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• To deploy and provide professional services (includes but not limited to implementation and upgrading of Cybersecurity products, managing customers and timeline) to customers on the products that Netpoleon distributes.
• To provide workable (or alternative) solution(s) based on customer’s requirement.
• To conduct product training for our customers/partners and internal peers/department.
• To be able to carry out installation and configuration by reading product manual.
• To obtain technical certification for products or technologies if applicable.
• As a subject matter expert, assist in providing domain knowledge and technical skills transfer of the products or solutions to our maintenance team to support our customers when required.
• Assist sales / support team in technical aspect (e.g., product features/functionalities clarification, implementation consideration, tender compliance, etc) on ad-hoc situation.

Job Requirements:

• Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work as a team or individual under stress with minimum supervision and deliver on tight deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Nitec/Higher Nitec certificate, Diploma or Degree holder in relevant IT/IS/Cyber Security related studies.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT, IS, Cybersecurity related field preferred. Candidates without relevant work experience may be considered to start as an Associate Engineer.
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of technology infrastructures like Firewalls, VPN, DLP, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, DNS, Email Security, Log Management, SIEM, Virtualization, Containers, AWS/Azure/Google cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps, Privilege Account Security, Identify Access Management, Endpoint Security.
• Demonstrate interests in hands-on deployment and able to troubleshoot a variety of technologies, network and system problem, for example, routing, NAT, VLAN, Multicast, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, AD, common protocols like LDAP, RADIUS, SNMP, Syslog, SMTP, TLS, SSH etc.
• Demonstrate interest in pursuing updates in cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
• Those who certified in Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Check Point CCSE/CCSM, Thales, CyberArk CDE, Trellix, ArcSight ESM/Logger, ITOM, SailPoint, CISSP, CREST, OSCP might be considered first.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, Bash scripting, Power Shell will be good.

• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experiences

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D Modelling / 2D Drafting / Thermal & Flow Stimulation using computer-aided design software (Solidworks, 3D CAD tools, etc.).
• Understand the project and task scope assigned and work accordingly to complete the project within the deadline.
• Must ensure that the final designed product quality and deliverables meet the required specifications and standards.
• Monitor and achieve departmental and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) targets related to project delivery, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Assistant Manager/ Staff Engineer/ Senior Engineer to ensure daily engineering tasks are well-controlled, monitored, and on track.

Requirements

• Studies in any Engineering Discipline (Mechanical, Mechatronic, E&E, Precision Engineering)
• Min 1 - 3 years of Product Design competence, good troubleshooting capability.
• Proficient in Solidworks, GD&T or any 3D CAD Tools. Knowledge of Flow & Thermal Simulation is an added advantage.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of GSS & PDM system is advantageous.
• Possess knowledge in semiconductor testing environment.
