• Facilities system ownership on operation and maintenance pertaining to 100K clean room, centralized air conditioning, Industrial exhaust, process utilities, DI water system, vacuum system, compress air system, process cooling water system, and other miscellaneous facilities systems for Semiconductor Test factory.
• Ensure continuous supply of utilities and related facilities at the required performance level or specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement of facilities equipment key performance indicators such as % availability, mean time to repair (MTTR) and mean time between failure (MTBF).
• Evaluate skill levels of new technicians, develop training materials, coach and train team members for improving team and facilities equipment performance. Provide technical assistance in installation and maintenance of company facilities equipment.
• Document maintenance procedures and processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support audit functions.
