Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Operation Manager
Planning and scheduling manpower for day-to-day operations
Follow up and keep an update to customer request and feedbacks
Work closely with the sales manager and providing accurate schedule to them
Send out reminder text/call to customer daily

Resolving daily situation if any
Responsible for staff performance & discipline
Tabulate worker OT and submit to HR monthly
Prepare and compile monthly reports to relevant client
Prepare new staff on-boarding and off-boarding
Monitor training and development needs
Other related duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling: Create and manage cleaning schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all areas and shifts.

The Automation Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This position involves developing and executing manual and automated tests to ensure the software implementation fulfills the intended functionality. The candidate should possess a strong background in software testing and quality assurance.

Job Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive test cases based on business requirements.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for Mobile Apps and APIs
• Identify, document and track software defects. Follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality deliverables.
• Provide guidance to junior QA engineers.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as a QA Engineer and Automation engineer / SDET.
• Experience with Postman, RestAssured, Appium, Selenium, Maven / Dependency management.
• Adhere to best practices using Git / Bitbucket.
• CI/CD integration of automation scripts. Generate test report for automated scenarios
• Strong, independent contributor with achieving team-oriented goals in mind
• Experience with automated testing using TOSCA will be advantageous
