Qualifications:

• ITE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or years of equivalent technical knowledge
• Basic knowledge operation system like Windows, Linux

Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Deliver integration standards to reduce operational risk and deliver operational excellence

• Define detailed technical requirements and scope of work for vendor or bank team for implementation

• Drive business and control partner initiatives such as Compliance Assurance and Communications Surveillance

• Support automation initiatives with goal of delivering service excellence and meeting compliance requirements

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Detail oriented

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

• Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Experience in Enterprise voice solutions/services and basis knowledge of server OS / configuration

• Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information and manage difficult and complex stakeholder relationships at all levels

• Results driven with a strong desire to succeed and see all project and client deliverables through to completion

• Team Player with a “can do” attitude

• Experience working in the financial or banking industry, is a plus

• Takes ownership and accountability for actions / getting thing done and achieving quality of result

· Must be able to work night shift and split shift

· Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

• Lead a team of line leaders and operators to meet daily production output, quality, productivity and yield.

• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate line issues if any

• Oversee manpower/overtime and consumables planning

• Ensure manufacturing and safety procedures are being followed

• Conduct training/coaching to leaders & operators to improve performance

• Implement ideas and improvement activities to prevent human errors

• Ensure good discipline and housekeeping in the line

• Coordinate with other departments to support projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance activities in the fab

• At least 5 years working experience
