What We’re Looking For:
• 4-6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• High proficiency in English; familiarity with CRM tools and related software is preferred.
