• To arrange service visiting, install, repair, troubleshooting, and re-location on site
• To set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations
• To conduct equipment familiarization training for users
• To answer service enquiries
• To attend user’s meetings
• To install and commission new equipment at customer’s sites
• To practice and enlightenment for Customers satisfaction in service team

Service administration

• To prepare service quotations, contracts, report, and invoice
• To arrange spare parts from suppliers
• To send / deliver repair item and spare parts
• To collect equipment for in house repairs
• To deliver new equipment to customers
• To attack and pursue outstanding debts
• To send faulty parts to vendors for checking and testing
• To furnish technical information and quality report to Principal

Requirement

• Min. diploma in engineering.
• Min. 1-2 years’ service engineer working experience
• Has prior experience in medical device service will have advantages.
• Able to work both independently and as an effective team player
• Well-organized, self-motivated, reliable and resourceful

Job Description:

Our Embedded Engineers form a world-class, skilled engineering team that develops applications and drivers for our embedded products. As an Embedded Engineer, you will work closely with our software and hardware engineers to work on product evolution as well as support existing products. This role requires a highly versatile skill set and you will have opportunities to contribute to all relevant domains. Your responsibilities will include development and enhancing of new and existing products.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MSc/MEng or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Deep understanding of RTOS and bare metal programming on MCUs
• Hands on experience in developing peripheral drivers for I2C, SPI, GPIOs, SDRAM, ADC, Timers etc. on ARM Cortex M based Microcontrollers
• In-depth familiarity with U-Boot
• Experience in developing optimized and time critical code in C/C++
• Hands on FPGA programming (Altera or Xilinx) experience is a plus
• Experience with software architecture and/or API design, complemented by robust integration skills
• The ability to communicate technical information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical team

Patient Service Associate, Patient Financial Services
Salary: 1.5k to 3k
Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm
Sat: Once/Twice a month, half sat

Job Description
Provide accurate and timely processing of bills and charges, deposit, as well as financial counseling to all patients.

Requirements
• N/O Levels / A Levels/ Diploma in any discipline
