We are seeking an Android Intern to join the Transaction team to provide a platform in optimising the core services for reliable, scalable and effective order checkout, transaction and payments. We abstract the underlying complexities and enable every product line to deliver an amazing ordering experience.

Responsibilities:

• Gain exposure by working in a cross-functional product team to create solutions and apps focused on our different customers’ needs, across global and APAC markets.
• The opportunity to learn about cutting-edge programming practices using Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience working with MVVM architecture.
• Understanding & implementing SOLID principles.
• Write clean, testable, scalable and maintainable code that complies with foodpanda’s standards and best practices.
• Experience working on foodpanda's world-class technology platform and learning the day-to-day activities that power it.
• First-hand experience in building and operating high-scale services that serve millions of users.

Job Scope:

1. Responsible for complete order to cash process

2. Process customer orders using SAP system

3. Provide sales support to designated countries

4. Coordinate the preparation of shipping documentation to customers

5. Attend to customer complaints

6. Handle customer request for samples

7. Work with Trade Compliance/Foreign Trade organizations to manage the Customer Profile(s)/End Use Certificate/Trade Restriction Covenant

8. Interact with colleagues from Headquarters, Sales & Marketing, SCM, Accounts Receivables, Credit & Legal teams to follow up on credit and logistics matters.
